| There's a new monster in the City, a Psy-werewolf. It looks like a miserable, trembling creature but his powerful psy-impact can easily turn you into a puppet, preventing you from fighting it directly. Only a taser can send this unusual monster flying. |

| Psy-werewolves are the result of a cruel experiment. They're dangerous foes since they hate humans. They relate all humans to their torturers. With their skills, they can easily find rare artifacts but they're unwilling to part with them. |
