顕現(けんげん)した聖杯：ここでは聖杯が神のような存在として使われている。 incarnate(インカーナッｔ) 形容詞：神様など実体のないありがたい存在が顕現(けんげん)する、現世に姿を持って現れる。後置修飾になるので、名詞の後ろに来る事に注意。ちなみに動詞はアクセントの位置が前で、インカーネイｔ ★Holy Grail 聖杯：イエス･キリストが最後の晩餐で使ったと言われる杯。癒しの力を持つとされ、アーサー王伝説にも登場する。 |
