This gallery is intriguing. It doesn't look dangerous from a distance, but can you take a closer look and see if there's some threat there. Perhaps I should also check it with my inner eye. By the way, the Crook and Frail on the Sarcophagus at the bottom left in the scene were symbols of royal power used in ancient Egypt. ★a sarcophagus サルコファガス/ファラオの棺：sarcophagusはゴテゴテ装飾の入った偉い人用の棺。西洋の聖人のミイラを安置する装飾入りの石棺もサルコファガスと言う。ギリシャ語で死体を喰う者という物騒な意味を持つ。サルコファガスは地中には埋めないので、普通の棺とは用途が違う。 ちなみにロケ左下のサルコファガスが手に持っているのは羊飼いの杖と脱穀用の殻竿(からざお)(Crook and Frail)で古代エジプトの王権の象徴。 ★Solar Barque 太陽の船：古代エジプト神話で太陽神ラーが乗っていたとされる船。ラーはこの船で空を移動する。 ★Judgement of the afterlife 冥府での裁き：古代エジプトの信仰では、死後に冥府の神アヌビスの前で心臓と羽(美徳の女神マァトの象徴)を天秤に載せ、その罪の重さ量る。心臓が羽より重いとアウト！ 💬the Halloween sweets look very cool! ハロウィーン･スウィーツが最高！ worms on the éclairs... yikes! エクレアの上に青虫が…ヒェッ！

What a surprise! Martha said that, apart from a few pumpkins and garlands, all the items in the gallery are ancient and enchanted. She hasn't found an artifact powerful enough to affect the Queen of the Night yet, but it could be disguised as a trinket. 《Escape from the Sarcophagus》	Case №79	《サルコファガスからの逃亡》
Valerie is anxious, waiting impatiently for Salem to announce the start of Halloween. But there's a strange silence in the City, broken only by ominous whispers. For some reason, the Detective is sleeping in a mummy costume on the street, and Martha says that an ancient curse has invaded the City. Will we find its source if we follow the scarabs?	Introduction 序章	バレリーは、セイラムがハロウィーンの始まりを告げるのを今か今かと待ち焦がれている。しかしシティには奇妙な静寂が広がり、それを破るのは不吉な囁き声のみだった。どういう訳か、道端ではミイラのコスチュームを着た刑事が眠っており、古代の呪いがシティを侵食しつつあるのだとマーサは言う。スカラベの群れの後を辿れば、この呪いの源を見付けられるのだろうか？

The situation is grave, even the Queen of the Night Salem fell victim to this unknown evil. She was turned into a mummy and deprived of all her powers. We urgently need to figure out what happened to her and where the curse that has hit the City on the eve of Halloween came from. Goal: Find the cause of the trouble. We have to find out what kind of power affected Salem and where its source is. If we find it, it'll be easier to neutralize. I'll examine Salem with my most accurate device, an anomaly identifier. Thank you for your help! The anomaly identifier ran a full check on poor Salem. The only evidence is a few scratches. They're visible in her aura, but they aren't dangerous. They greatly affected Salem because they were caused by an item that was altered by an anomaly.		ご協力感謝するわ！異常波特定装置でセイラムを詳細な検査にかけてはみたものの…。手がかりになりそうなのはひっかき傷だけね。それが彼女のオーラに残ってるんだけど、傷そのものは大したことはないのよ。それがセイラムにこれほど大きな影響を及ぼすことになったのは、異常現象で変化したアイテムによって付いた傷だって言うのが原因なんだわ。	※分かりやすいようにかなり意訳を入れています。傷そのものは致命傷ではないのに、ミイラになってしまったのは、その傷を与えたアイテムが問題だったのだと言っています。

Judging by the emanations of chaos around the sickle, the spirit couldn't hold it because it wasn't corporeal. The spirit managed to take away Salem's magic and use it to break out of the vessel.
