Silhouette's Introduction
Fog thickens over City Hall, penetrating even locked doors and windows. It's hard to discern objects, only their outlines are visible. Citizens call this Silhouettes. And in this gloom, I see the outline of a mechanical man's head - hurry and find it.	Detective 刑事	厚い霧が、閉じられた入口や窓さえも通り抜けて市役所に入り込んでるぜ。輪郭だけは見えるが、はっきりものを見分けるのは難しいな。街の人間はコイツを「シルエット」と呼んでる。まあ、この薄暗がりのなかでも機械仕掛けの男の頭部の輪郭くらいはみえるさ－急いで見つけるぞ。	★このセリフは旧事件簿№1【Mysterious Room's Secret ミステリアスな部屋の秘密】の③の冒頭と同じ。ゲーム内ではこれの後、同じセリフの探索クエストが出現した。
This is Silhouettes, a new game mode. In the tasks area you can see only silhouettes of objects. Find objects in the room by their shape.		これは新しいゲームモード「シルエット」。サーチリストには対象物のシルエットだけが見えるよ。部屋の中でその形から対象物を探そう。	★シルエット初回登場時の説明。

[Gathering Dusk] Find the ten of spades. - Explore any location in the City "Silhouettes" mode.	➀	［夕闇を集めて］ スペードの10を探せ。－「シルエット」モードでシティを探索せよ。
Because of your help I found out that the unusual fog that suddenly shrouds locations is completely safe. Moreover, you can spot very rare items in it. I see a rare artifact in the fog. It was the Fiery Card. Find it for me.	Juliette ジュリエット	あなたのお陰で普通でない霧に突然囲まれた場所が全く安全だってことが分かったわ。更に言えば、その中で貴重なアイテムが見つけられるのよ。霧の中で貴重なアーティファクトを見かけたの。「炎のカード」だったわ。見つけて来てちょうだい。	★シルエットモードの事を、霧に囲まれたと表現している。表題Duskは探すDeckが響きが近いのと、炎のデッキと夕闇が赤いことをかけている。
I carefully studied the card that you found in the fog. It looks as if it were in flames but it doesn't burn my hands at all. I heard one very interesting story about this card.		あなたが霧の中で見つけたそのカードを丹念に調べてみたの。炎の中にあるかのように見えるのに、私の手は火傷一つしなかったわ。私、このカードについて、とても面白い話を一つ聞いたことがあるのよ。	《ポーカー用語》 ・hands ハンズ：ポーカーの「手」。一回ごとの勝負の事 ・four of a kind フォーカード：同じ数字４つ､かなり強い ・royal flush ロイヤル･フラッシュ：日本で言うロイヤルストレートフラッシュの事で最強の手。同じスートで10･J･Q･K･Aを集める。スートの中ではスペードが最強。 ポーカーは普通一回しか交換しないので、揃うだけでも難しい。フォーカードがロイヤルストレートフラッシュに負けるなんてのは普通はあり得ない。つまりカードシャープは勝ちを確信してたわけです。カードを掴んで投げたくもなる訳だ。 💬話の流れ的にカードシャープが負けるとは予想外だったことが伝わります。やはり強いんでしょうね。カードシャープ(腕の立つギャンブラー)なんですから。
One day a famous poker player - a certain Mr. B - arrived at the City of Shadows. So, of course, Cardsharp didn't miss the chance to deal a couple of hands and lost with four of a kind against a spade royal flush. Out of spite, he took the cards and threw them out. Some people say, Mr. B has some business with the Manor Mistress and she charmed the cards so they'll bring incredible luck to their owner. Of course, Cardsharp came to his senses and rushed to search for these cards but hasn't succeeded yet. Look for the rest of the fiery cards from the royal flush set in Silhouettes mode. Cardsharp is ready to give almost anything to the one who find them.	Juliette ジュリエット	ある日、有名なポーカーのプレーヤーが－ミスターＢとしましょうか－シャドウ=シティにやって来たの。そう、ご想像通り、カードシャープはこのチャンスを見逃さなかったわ、数回の勝負でフォーカードを出したにも拘らず、なんとロイヤルストレートフラッシュに負けたのよ。悔し紛れに、カードシャープはそのカードを掴んで投げ捨ててしまったわ。噂では、ミスターＢは領主ミストレスと仕事の付き合いがあって、ミストレスはカードに魔法をかけたのだそうよ、その持ち主に信じられないほどの運を齎(もたら)すという魔法をね。もちろん、我に返ったカードシャープもそのカードを急いで探し回ったわ、けれど、未だに見つかっていないの。「シルエット」モードでロイヤルストレートフラッシュの残りの炎のカードを探して。カードシャープは、それを見つけた人には喜んで、およそ何でもくれるはずよ。

Fortunately, monsieur, it's perfectly clear what you need to find. You found the ten, now you must find the jack of spades.	Juliette ジュリエット	幸いにも、ムッシュー、何を探すかははっきりしてるのよ。10を見つけたのだから、今度はスペードのジャックを探さなくっちゃならないわ。
I hope you're not too tired. These cards shine in the dark and I want to believe that they won't be hard to find.		あなたが疲れ切ってなければいいんだけど。このカードは暗闇の中で光るのよ、だからそんなに見つけにくくはないって思いたいわ。

It's a good thing I remembered something important before you left to seek the queen of spades. This is a very dangerous card. It can cloud your mind and drive you mad. Be careful.	Juliette ジュリエット	あなたがスペードのクイーンを探しに行く前に重要なことを思い出せてよかったわ。このカードはとても危険なカードなの。心を惑わせ、冷静さを失わせるのよ。気を付けてね。
Ah, I got so exhausted waiting for you. No no, don't show me the Queen. I have nightmares as it is.		ああ、待ちくたびれちゃったわ。いえ、いいわ、そのクイーンを見せないで頂戴。そんなことすればロクなことにならないわ。

Do you know why the Queen didn't harm Cardsharp or Mr. B? It's because it was accompanied by the King, which neutralises her baleful influence.	Juliette ジュリエット	どうしてクイーンがカードシャープやミスターＢに害をなさなかったか分かる？キングが一緒にいたからなのよ、キングがクイーンの悪い影響力を中和してくれるの。	neutralise イギリス綴り= neutralize アメリカ綴り ※初期のころは基本イギリス英語だった

You returned with the ace so quickly, monsieur. You say you were just lucky? History doesn't lie!		随分早くエースを取り返したのね、ムッシュー。単に運が良かっただけですって？そのカードに纏(まつ)わる噂はホンモノなのね！	history: 歴史以外に、物に纏わる来歴もhistoryと言います。いわゆる「いわく付き」って奴。

It seems the story about a fiery royal flush, the incredible luck-bringer, is true. You've found all the cards of the mysterious Mr. B, who beat Cardsharp in poker. But it's as if these cards are magnetised and repel each other. Perhaps, it's the result of their long stay in the fog. You'll need a few artifacts to remove accumulated energy and gather a real royal flush.	Juliette ジュリエット	炎のロイヤルストレートフラッシュに纏(まつ)わる話、信じられないほどの運を齎すっていう話は本当だったみたいね。あなたはカードシャープをポーカーで破った謎の男、ミスターＢのカードを全部集めたのよ。でもこのカードは各々が磁力を持つかのように反発してるわ。もしかするとそれで霧の中に長いこと放って置かれたままだったのかしら。長期にわたって蓄積したエネルギーを取り除いて、真のロイヤルストレートフラッシュを集めるのにはいくつかアーティファクトが要るわね。	💬ミスターＢは何者なんでしょうね…。ミストレスとも付き合いがあるって言うところが何とも怪しい男ですが。
