HOW DOES IT WORK?   どうすればいいの？  

Participate in a seasonal event. → Complete tasks and earn tokens. → Get reward for tokens.
季節のイベントに参加して→タスクをクリアしてトークンを稼いで→トークンと引き換えに報酬をゲットせよ。		  
Complete tasks and earn tokens. Collect tokens to complete mini-event stages and receive rewards. description タスクを完了してトークンを稼げ。ミニイベントのステージをクリアして報酬を受け取ろう。  
You can get rewards to collect Reward Tokens. Task 1 (Easy) has 1-3 tokens, task 2 (Middle) has 4-6 tokens, and task 3 (Hard) has 7-9 tokens. You can freely combine tasks.  If you find your task difficult, you can replace it once every 24hours. After completing 3 times each, each task will time out. The break times are 1:00 for task 1 (Easy), 1:30 for task 2 (Middle), and 2:00 for task 3 (Hard), respectively.
You need to receive the 4th or higher rewards to complete the quest successfully.

Examples of tasks		 about the tasks 報酬をゲットするには各タスクで貰えるご褒美トークンを集める必要があります。タスク１(Easy)はトークン1-3個、タスク２(Middle)はトークン4-6個、タスク３(Hard)は7-9個。 タスクの組み合わせは自由です。タスクが難しいと感じた場合、24時間に1回入れ替える事が出来ます。それぞれ3回完了すると、各タスクはタイムアウトになります。休憩時間は、それぞれタスク１(Easy)が1:00、タスク２(Middle)が1:30、タスク３(Hard)が2:00です。

💬It seems that side story locations related to the main story's characters and stories (not sub quests). So for this event, I assume that it is because the Post Office is temporary Security Service's office and a creator of the game was the Architect. Thus, I guess that the Foggy Oasis and the Old Cottage maybe had been interchanged. As for the Foggy Oasis, Lucas is from the Foggy Backstreet and Dr. Barry is under Violet. But I cannot still understand about the Movie Theater... Goodman maybe came from a movie?
