I'll hurry up and tell you the very important news. Monsters, that I can't categorise, have begun appearing in the City. I need your help to deal with them. If a new monster has shown up, you must find a new weapon that will defeat it. I think we need to turn to the works of Eastern weaponsmiths, renowned masters of their craft. |

★tianxia 天下：日本語の天下の概念とほぼ同じ意味。tianxia(ティァンシャ)は中国語の発音の音写。世界そのものを指していた言葉だが、だんだん覇権の及ぶ全てみたいな意味になった。 |

| Recently I saw a strange creature in the vicinity of the temple and I began to chase after it. I even tried to hit it with a bladed Kitana's Fan. But the fan passed through the monster and became stuck in the wall. The monster felt no effect and I had to quickly escape. Now I want my fan back. It's a very useful item. Please help me find it. |

| Look at the fan's edges, where Kitana's sharpened blades stick out. The edges are melted. You know, Kitana's blades are made according to a special Eastern technology. It's very, very difficult to damage such a weapon. Interesting! Recently I encountered the unidentified monster again; where it
immediately tried to attack me. I always have my Dragon Knife with me. As I threw it, the monster disappeared without a trace and so did the Dragon Knife. My search resulted in nothing. Would you be able to find it? |

| I inspected the Huntress's weapon, a casualty of her battle with the unknown monster. The remnants of dark magic are very apparent. This is protective magic, interwoven very skilfully. I haven't entirely made sense of it yet. I can recommend Lunar Blades to the Huntress. Would you mind bringing them? |

| I made these Lunar Blades from the thorns of iron gargoyles, upon which the magic of moonlight is laid. I hope the Huntress can defeat the newly arrived monster with such a weapon. | To capture the unidentified monster, I suggest the Huntress take advantage of some unconventional weapons. A Chain Whip is made of gold, silver, mercury and permeated with magical solar threads. Bring it. But hold it only by the handle and not by the whip end. |

take advantage of~: ~を上手く活用する unconventional: 型に嵌らない、慣例に捕らわれない permeate: スルっと通る、上から下まで~を使う ※すっかり通り抜けるという意味のラテン語から来ているため、特に液体などが真っすぐ通り抜けるようなイメージがある。広がる感じがある浸透するはpervade ★Chain whip 九節鞭(きゅうせつべん)：中国のカンフーとかで使われる武器。九節鞭はチェーンというよりヌンチャクが長くなったようなヤツなので挿絵とはちょっと違うが。 all of the monsters I know of: 見聞きした程度には知っている全部のモンスター ※know of~になると聞き齧った程度の知識しかない感じが出る。knowにならなかったのは、イザベルはハントレスほどちゃんとモンスターを知っているわけではないからだろう |

monster that has appeared in the City. I've learned that there is a weapon in the City capable of standing against it - the metal bladed "Dragon's Tail". Only a master at searching, such as you, can find it. |

| Great! With your help I was able to create a Chu-Ku-Nu - a multi-shot, Eastern crossbow. Ordinary bolts, as well as special firework arrows, can be used as ammunition. I hope the Chu-Ko-Nu will not disappoint the Huntress. For me, ~: 自分のためには、私にとっては ※自分に利益がある様な事柄に使う。To meは自分の意見を述べる場合の私の立場からしてみればという意味での私にとって。ここではハントレスは自分の意見ではなく、自分の名誉を守るという目的を言っているのでfor me belive me: 大事なことを言う時の前置き。絶対だ、大丈夫だなど、次に続く言葉を保証している |
