| To tell you the truth, we don't have a lot of fun in the City of Shadows, and citizens often have it hard. It would be nice to bring some joy to my friends. I recently visited a Chinese temple on the outskirts of the City and saw wish logograms there. do my very best: 最高に頑張る、やれることを全部やる 💬漢字は「禄」の字ですね。これがluckかぁ。 《呼び名に付くtheについて》 ここではCardsharpはそういう名前として扱われてtheが付いてないが、本来的にはカードシャープという職業なので、the Cardsharpとなる。シティではCardsharpは付いたり付かなかったりその時のライターによって様々。the Detectiveやthe Conductorも原理は同じ。でもCardsharpは古い名詞なのでライターによっては固有名詞に聞こえるのでしょう。Cardsharpはギャンブラー＋エンターテイナーというような感じの職業で中世から近世にいた人たちですね。 |
