Look, not only does the fog flow to the House on the Reef but also the fantastic fish of the celestial sea. The house is surrounded by a deep body of water... So how do we cross it? Do you see a bridge? I wouldn't want to get my boots wet. The House on the Reef looks like a lighthouse: it looks upward, and on the roof, which rests against the sky, a light as bright as the sun itself shines. There are no doors, but a spiral staircase leads to the top. Come on, I can't wait to see what's on the second floor!	Isabelle イザベル	岩礁の小屋は灯台みたいに見えるわね－空に向かって伸びていて、屋根は空に寄りかかっているかのよう、その屋根の上では太陽と見紛(みまご)うほどの明るい光が輝いて…。扉はないけど螺旋階段が天辺に続いてるわ。さあ、行きましょ、二階を見たくってウズウズしちゃう！

			Reef: 岩礁(がんしょう)、海の中の小岩みたいなやつのこと 💬マップではちっちゃな池に見えるけど、ハントレスの話ぶりだと湖くらいありそうだな。小虎がめっちゃ可愛いんだが！ 遠景の見えるのが、イザベルの言ってた鯨だね。 雲居(くもゐ)に泳ぐ鯨とエイ。なんとも幻想的だなぁ…。 ★ロケには始めて見るような探索物がいっぱい [鳥さんたち] Puffin パフィン ※色鮮やかな鳥。英名は雛がふわふわの羽毛でパフッとしてるかららしい。 Hoopoe フープ― ※冠と名前が可愛い。英名はこの鳥の鳴き声から来ている。確かにフープ―って鳴いてるな…。Hoopoe's birdsong←鳴き声 Cormorant コーモラント※日本の鵜(う)と同じ種類の鳥。日本でも鵜呑みにすると言う位、餌を丸のみにする事が有名だが、英語でもGulosus aristotelis 大食いアリストテレスと言うスゴいんだかスゴくないんだか分からん別名がある。 [楽器] Mouth-Blown Organ Sheng：日本の雅楽にも登場する笙(しょう)。英語名がやたら長いのはなんなんだ。しかも口で吹くオルガンってなんだよ。フルートと区別したかったのかな？ Haegeum Violin：ヘッガム(해금)と言う韓国固有の楽器らしい。二胡に似た二本弦。正直ヴァイオリンとは似ても似つかないので、返って探しにくい…。弓があるところがリュートではなくヴァイオリンなのかな？
As soon as I went up to the second floor of the House on the Reef, I immediately felt so peaceful, like I was at the seashore on a summer day... and all my worries disappeared. It's cozy here, though the hut is noticeably dilapidated. I wonder where the owners of this house are. The City of Shadows has frozen still, fascinated by an unusual sight: the sky above it suddenly turned into a ghostly sea with sea spirits swimming in its clouds. However, this beautiful phenomenon seems to be dangerous. A storm is brewing in the celestial waters! Why is there a sea above our heads and how are Insu and Inhyo, the mysterious twins who live in a lonely house on a reef? The fish of the celestial sea have led us to the House on the Reef, where the twins Insu and Inhyo live. Dashing our hopes, the twins explained that they could no longer control the celestial waters and stop the brewing storm. Who are they and how did they lose their power over the celestial sea? Inhyo and I are celestial fishers and guardians of the celestial sea. We gave our lives and hearts to the element of water, and it rewarded us. One day, a mother-of-pearl dragon rose from the depths of the sea and gave us a blessing. Look at the pendant around my neck.	Yun Insu ユン=インス	インヒョと私は天の漁夫にして天つ海の守り人なのでございマス。私どもは己の命と心を水の御霊(みたま)へと捧げておりまシタ、すると水はそれに報いてくれまシテ。ある日、真珠貝の龍が深海より現れ、私どもに祝福を授けてくれまシタ。私の首にかかる飾りをご覧くだサイ。	★mother-of-pearl 真珠の煌めき：貝の内側のキラキラした層の名前。カラス貝だとか牡蠣の殻だとかの内側の虹色に光るヤツのこと。Necre ネイカ―とも言う。貝が異物が入り込んだ時に身を護るために形成する。正確には真珠貝の事ではないが、ネイカ―に当たる日本語がないため便宜上真珠貝と訳している。 depths of the sea: 海の水底 ※depthsと複数形になる時は奈落の底や深海などを表す。depthが深さを表す時は不可算 💬こういう言い方をするって事は、かつてはその力を持っていて今はないってことか…。

			💬インスの声には抑揚がなく、特徴的な喋り方の様なので、インスの語尾をカタカナにしてみました。 Herr: ヘㇽ ※英語のMr.ミスターにあたるドイツ語。ㇽは巻き舌のㇽなので、ゆっくり発音するとへㇽㇽみたいになる believe 人：人の話を信じる、本当だと思う ※人そのものではない事に注意 doubt that you can~ = don't think that you can~ ※このyouは一般人のyou 。ハントレスは一般論として意見を言っている。

The celestial sea that cares for my sister and me is a ghostly reflection of the earthly sea. We keep a celestial mirror in the house. If you find it, I can tell you the story of the celestial waters.	Yun Insu ユン=インス	姉と私を育(はぐく)む天つ海は、地上の海のこの世ならぬ鏡像でございまシテ。この小屋に天つ鏡という鏡がございマス。見付けて来て下されば、天つ海の話を教えて差し上げまショウ。
Once upon a time, with the help of the celestial mirror that you found, the gods reflected the earthly sea to save all its inhabitants and to purify the element of water from the darkness that evil spirits had sown in it, wishing to bend water to their will.		昔々、あなた様の見付けて来たその天つ鏡の力を用いて、神々は地上の海を映し出し、そこに住まう者たちすべてを救っておりまシタ、妖魔が海に蒔いた闇から水を御霊(みたま)を清浄化し、神々の意のままに水を従えんと願ったのデス。	the element of water: 五行の水の事。水に住まう者全部の領域を指している。水そのものではないので、便宜的に水の御霊と訳している。

This creature is called a Storm Turtle. In its shell it carries concentrated negative energy that has taken the form of a storm. Yun Insu ユン=インス	天つ海に良からぬ気が集まりつつありマス、それこそが嵐が形作られんとしている理由なのデス。私はこの天の御霊に働きかけようとあれやこれやと試しましたが、どれも無駄に終わりまシテ。波を統べる者の杖を探しますので、手伝って下サイ。あれは地上の海原を従える力を持っているのデス。ひょっとするとあれなら天の海原にも作用するかもしれまセン。	★the elements: 古代に自然界を形成していると考えられていた自然の元素のこと。東洋では五行の木火土金水、西洋ではair, fire, water, earth。五行を持ち出すとややこしいので、御霊(みたま)と訳している。 voice: 声音(こわね)、声色 ※voiceには声そのものだけでなく、声の調子という意味もある。声の高低のこと。インスは喋っているので、声そのものは出ているが、先にハントレスが言っていたように、抑揚がないらしい。 💬雰囲気を出すために語尾だけカタカナ。どうかな？

My sister and I lost our voices a long time ago, and now we hope to regain them here, in the City of Shadows. That's why we came here.	Yun Insu ユン=インス	姉と私はその声音をはるか昔に失ってしまったのデス、ですからそれをここ、シャドウ=シティで取り戻したいと思いまシテ。それが私どもがここにやって来た理由でございマス。

The sea witch Kaeul wasn't lying: she crossed the sea to meet her lover. We found this fennec fox weakened and hinding under a hat. The hat was clearly not intended for travel in the desert and looked almost new.
