Since the time series of the incidents in Upper City is ambiguous, I arranged them in chronological order.
アッパーシティでの出来事の時系列があいまいなため、時系列順に並べなおしてみました。

the Rift 例の「亀裂」	A Meteorite which caused the Rift fell down in the City, and the City was crowded with gold miners and some scientists over new materials from the new mine. The Woodvilles visited the City as gold miners and the Collector also came to the City to study the new materials. 【Mysteries of the Rift】 【Great Inventor】	隕石がシティに落下し例の「亀裂」が発生、シティは新しい鉱山の新素材をめぐって金鉱夫と科学者たちでにぎわった。ウッドヴィル一家が鉱山夫としてシティを訪れ、コレクターもまたその新素材を研究するためにシティにやって来た。 【亀裂の謎】 【偉大な発明家】
Airship Dock construction 飛行船ドック建設	After the Rift, the Upper City had been separated from the Lower City, but when the Airship dock was built, connection between Upper and Lower City was restored. 【Legend of the Mailman】 【Deceived Genius】	例の「亀裂」の後、アッパーシティはロウワーシティと分断されてしまったが、飛行船ドックが建設されてアッパーシティとロウワーシティの行き来が回復 【郵便配達人の伝説】 【欺(あざむ)かれた天才】
	The Woodvilles left the City	ウッドヴィル一家がシティを去る
	Sophia came to the City in her tour, who was supposed to leave the City after the tour. 【Sophia's Awards】	ソフィアがツアーでシティに来訪、ツアー終了後はシティを離れる予定だった 【ソフィアの栄光の賞の軌跡】
	Fabien worked for living mannequins along with the Puppeteer who leaved the City before the mannequins completed	ファビアンは人形師パペティーアと共に生きたマネキンの為に仕事をしていたが、パペティーアはマネキン完成前にシティを離れてしまった
the Order of the Five 五賢守護団	(Leonardo invented the wish-fulfilling machine?) 【Secret Society】*deleted story The Collector founded the Order of the Five 《Secret Organization 謎の組織》	(レオナルドが願いを叶える機械を発明?) 【秘密結社】*削除されたストーリー コレクターが五賢守護団を設立 《Secret Organization 謎の組織》
the Distortion 例の「歪み」	The Distortion was occurred, and the fog engulfed the City.	例の「歪み」が起こり、霧がシティを呑み込んだ。
	Anti-fog crystals was found by the Collector 【Fellowship of Lamplighters】	抗霧クリスタルがコレクターによって発見された 【点灯夫ギルド】
	Fellowship of Lamplighters was organized by Carlos 【Imperishable Fellowship】	点灯夫ギルドがカルロスによって組織された 【不滅のギルド】
Monsters' invasion and appearance of the Order of the Defenders モンスターの来襲とディフェンダーズ騎士団の登場	Monsters from the fog invaded the City, and the Order of the Defenders defeated monsters. 【Even Exchange】	モンスターが霧からシティに来襲、ディフェンダーズ騎士団がモンスターを退けた 【等価交換】
Establishment of Security Service 公安局の設立	Security Service was established as a successor organization of the Order of the Defenders. 【On Guard for Peace】	公安局がディフェンダーズ騎士団の後継組織として設立された 【平和の守護者】
	Kira dragged into the City by the Shadow from the real world and trapped in his Castle was saved by the Collector 【Voice from the Past】	キラはシャドウによって現実世界からシティに引っ張り込まれ、シャドウの城に捕まっていたところをコレクターによって救い出された 【過去からの声】
	the Collector disappeared, and then the so-called Law of Black was enacted to control a finite amount of anti-fog crystals. 【Law of Black】	コレクターが失踪、その後限りある抗霧クリスタルを管理するためいわゆる「ブラックの法」が制定される 【ブラックの法】
	Rayden was engaged in work as a lamplighter	レイドンは点灯夫として仕事に従事していた
	Mr. Black recruited Kira to the Security Service 【Girlish Trinkets】	ブラック長官がキラを公安局にスカウト 【女の子らしいアイテム】
	Kira started to lead a double game and become a resistance leader as "Miss" , then she planed to steal anti-fog crystals	キラは「ミス」としてレジスタンスのリーダーになり裏の顔を持ち始め、その後抗霧クリスタルを盗む計画を立てる事に
	Rayden left the Lamplighter's fellowship 【Broken Lantern】	レイドンが点灯夫ギルドを去る 【壊されたランタン】
	Mysterious man from the fog appeared in the Upper City and predicted a man who called "Mystery Solver" would save the Upper City.	ミステリアスな男が霧の中からアッパーシティに現れ、「謎を解く者」と呼ばれる男がアッパーシティを救うだろうと予言
Revisit to the Lower City ロウワーシティへの再訪	Rayden volunteered to search for the Mystery Solver 《Unexpected Guests》	レイドンが「謎を解く者」の探索に名乗りを上げる 《予期せぬ来訪者たち》
