※[double-deal ダブル･ディール]はトランプの一番上と下を一枚に見せかけるいかさまの事で、いかさまを働くという意味。ここではロジャーの苗字だが、いかさま野郎だというのが容易に想像の付く名前になっている。

※英語では離婚してもMrs.を使う。旦那の姓のままの場合もあるし、旧姓に戻っている場合もある。
