| Cough... ahem... achoo. How are you? Oh, I don't feel so good. I caught a terrible cold. It's not just me... all my neighbours are sick too. Martha is hoarse, the Detective is always coughing and Jul has a fever. I just thought... There was a little elf in Santa's Workshop who made wine. Maybe he can get the ingredients for a Hot Mulled Wine? Can you find out? I can barely stand. | Conductor コンダクター |
ゴホッ…、ゴホン…、ハーックション。お前は大丈夫か？ああ、俺はあんまり良くなくてな。ひでえ風を引いちまったんだ。俺だけじゃなくてよ…近隣の奴らもみーんな罹(かか)っちまって。マーサは声が枯れてるし、刑事はずっと咳をしてて、ジャルは熱がある。で、ちょっと思ったんだが…。サンタのおもちゃ工房にワインを作ってるちっこいエルフがいただろう。もしかするとヤツならホット･マルド･ワインの材料を手に入れられるんじゃねえか？お前見つけ出せるか？俺はもう立ってるのもやっとでよ。 |
hoarse: 声が枯れた ★a little elf in Santa's Workshop who made wine サンタのおもちゃ工房でワインを作ってるちっこいエルフ：《Workshop of Wonders ワクワクのおもちゃ工房》のHappy Willy ごきげんウィリーの事。コンダクターとは顔なじみらしい。 ★Hot Mulled Wine ホット･マルド･ワイン：赤ワインにシナモン、レモンゼスト、蜂蜜を加えて温めた飲み物。クリスマスシーズンのイギリス伝統の飲み物で、伝統のレシピにはスターアニスが加わるが癖があるのでなくても良い。ホリデーパンチにもちょっと似ているかも。 mull: ワインやビールに色々入れて温める 💬このお話は2017年11月イベントのギフトコレクションの焼き直しですが、かなり内容は違います。 |

| I also remember how we used to add honey to the Hot Mulled Wine. It's adds some sweet flavour to balance the lemon's sourness. Will you find me some Honey? I'm sure there'll be some in Santa's Workshop. Honey is a Christmas treat, right? |
